Do All Roads Lead to God?
Jesus said,
“No one can see the kingdom of God
unless he is born again”
People hope to get to heaven when they die. They believe that their good deeds will get them there. Or their membership in a religion.
Now listen to the words of Jesus again, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit” (John 3:5).
Let me tell you something at the start. The words “…enter the kingdom of God” has nothing to do at all with what happens to you when you die. In fact, it has nothing to do with your religion or mine.
Entering the kingdom of God does not begin for you in the future. It has everything to do with the PRESENT. That is, how you are going to respond to the words of Jesus – NOW.
